Excell Cleaning Services

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We've kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are

Excell Cleaning Services Limited is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England & Wales (company number 02900122) with our registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. To contact us about your data, call 0333 880 6688 or email [email protected].

What we collect, and why

This website collects personal information in two places, both forms you choose to fill in:

We do not buy data, sell data, or use this website to profile you. The site sets no cookies for advertising or analytics. If that changes (for example if we later run advertising), this policy and the site's consent controls will be updated first.

Who processes your data

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also runs Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. When you send a form, your details are emailed to our enquiries inbox using Microsoft 365, operated for us by our parent company, EverGrowth Group Limited. Our email is hosted by 123 Reg. These providers act as our processors, and only the small number of Excell staff who handle enquiries read your message. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Our fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser does not contact a third-party font service. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not identify you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case your details move into our client records. Venue-care note subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent where consent is our basis. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
